Oneplus 5 camera details and camera quality verdict

We have captured the variety of shots on Oneplus 5 with amazing picture quality as you can see in the images samples given above. The autofocus of the camera has made 40% faster than the previous 3T. The electronic image stabilization does a very good job but some times it lacks consistency.  The new portrait mode of Oneplus 5 comes handy and provide extreme bokeh effect but some times the digital blurriness is over exaggerated which looks a little bit unnatural.

The colors produced by the camera are not over saturated and appear realistic, punchy with vibrant hues and eye catching. In the low light, the Oneplus 5 performs very well and can beat some of its closest rivals.

If you talking about camera image details level and auto focus than the Oneplus 5 can’t beat the Samsung Galaxy S8. But still, our test shots were not suffered much even in the low and night light they came out with good detailing and low grains.

The Oneplus 5 handled the high contrast situation well too, you can expect good detailing in your images even against a bright sky without too much over saturation to those brighter areas.

Macro shots handle by the camera well along solid detailing levels and Oneplus 5 lens didn’t struggle much to focus the object from close.

Overall the camera is awesome and worth for the money you are spending on this phone if you are photography enthusiast or traveler then with Oneplus 5 you don’t need to take out DSLR from your bag.
