We all press the power button of our smartphone to wake it up to access the lock screen whether it’s iPhone, Android or some other. In concern of same, recently a report published by the Strategy Analytics’ AppOptix subdivision on the Android users behavior pattern; shows approx screen viewing and phone unlocking behavior of a user.
The latest data from AppOptix, a statistical agency’s Strategy Analytics, is that Android phone users unlock an average of 65.8 times a day, that is, every 8 minutes (excluding sleep time, etc.), and the total screen time is 4 hours.
The most frequently unlocked time period is from 14:00 to 17:00, about 14 times, and about 12.5 times from 19:00 to 22:00. The minimum number of unlocks is from 18:00 to 20:00, and after 2:00 pm.
Of course, the number of mobile phones unlocks is also related to age. Statistics show that the 18- to 25-year-old age group has the highest frequency, with an average of 74.7 times per day, compared with 47.3 times for the 46-year-old age group.
