FiiO launches FB1 Bluetooth earphones and μBTR Bluetooth Receiver in India

FiiO announces the launch of FB1 Bluetooth Earphones and μBTR Bluetooth Receiver. The FB1 is a set of Bluetooth earphones that supports aptX, SBC and AAC audio codecs over a wireless connection. The FB1 will be priced at Rs. 3990.

The FB1 uses a large 13mm dynamic driver. According to the company, the user can listen to an hour of music with just 10 minutes of charging – With a 110mA lithium polymer battery, two hours to fully charge the battery means you can listen continuously for 8 hours. The FB1 also supports connecting with two devices at the same time, meaning less time spent switching and pairing with your favorite’s devices over and over again.

It comes with the CSR8645 Bluetooth 4.1 chip and can calls up to 20 meters away from your device, claimed by the company.

It weighs 20g and the body has been coated with Nanospray to resist scratches and stains. The box of the earphone includes 3 pairs of ear tips (small, medium, and large), 3 pairs of ear hooks, and a storage bag.

The μBTR, on the other hand, has Qualcomm CSR8645 Bluetooth chip to support Bluetooth 4.1 as well as the aptX, SBC, and AAC audio codecs give connection up to a distance of 10 meters. The μBTR will be priced at Rs. 2490.

It can charge for 1 hour; listen for 9 hours because of the USB Type-C symmetrical connector, claimed by FiiO. It has a 120mAh battery. The μBTR’s NFC (near-field communication) functionality, simply pair over Bluetooth with just one touch between the devices, saving you the hassle of having to go through the formal pairing process.

It weighing 12.5g and measuring only 5.5cm with the handy included elastic clips and lanyards.
