LAVA Launches LAVA Z61 with 3000 mAH battery at ₹ 5750

LAVA, a well-known mobile manufacturer has announced the launch of its budget smartphone– LAVA Z61. It is another addition to the company’s legacy Z series.

In terms of the design, the new Lava Z61 approaches a minimalistic and clean view. The front of the phone has 5.45” HD+ Full Lamination screen along with Corning Gorilla Glass on a 2.5D Curve and 18:9 screen to body ratio. The thickness of the phone is 8.65mm and looks quite good according to its price.

Under the hood of the phone, it uses a 1.5GHz Quad Core Processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB ROM,  and 3000MaH battery. It also available in the 2GB RAM that will be launched in August 2018. The 1GB model of the Lava Z61 will run on Android One while the upcoming 2GB variant features the Android 8.1.

According to the company, in one single charge, the device can go for 1.5 days. Furthermore, the battery is support with AI technology – which not only monitors phone’s battery consumption but also shuts down apps running in the background that the user hasn’t touched for a while.

From the camera side, the Lava Z61 has an 8MP autofocus rear camera and 5MP front camera (with Screen and LED flash) along Bokeh Mode. It is available in Black and Gold color options.

Lava Z61 offers ‘Language’ shortcut in the home screen, allowing users to change system language effortlessly into their respective native languages. Further, it provides an option for users to read the SMS in their own language.

The smartphone comes with a Special Launch offer of free one-time screen replacement. The Offer is applicable on LAVA Z61, purchased till September 30, 2018.
