Realme is doing a great job in launching new smartphones and in 2020, Realme is going to launch the Realme X50 Pro 5G handset, which might be the first handset by Realme to support the latest 5G technology. The Realme X50 Pro 5G handset will be the flagship handset of 2020 by Realme and it will come with outstanding specifications that should cater to the needs of most heavy users who are looking for a flagship-grade performance along with fast charging.

One of the key aspects of the Realme X50 handset is the 65W superfast wired charging, which comes with the brand name SuperDart Charging. The Realme X2 Pro Pro 5G was also rumored to come with 65W fast charging, but it was later announced that it will come with only 50 W charging, which isn’t that disappointing, to say the least.

As the MWC 2020 that was scheduled to be held in Barcelona has been canceled due to the recent Ccoronavirus outbreak, the Realme X50 Pro 5G launch event will be held on 24th February. The Realme X50 Pro 5G will also be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship SoC that should deliver great performance to its users.

When it comes to 5G connectivity, it will come with support for both the SA and NSA. Talking about the other hardware specifications, which will impact the performance, the handset will come with 12 GB of RAM along with  256 GB of internal storage. But I am pretty sure, Realme will also launch the handset in other variants, and one should at least come with at least 512 GB of internal storage. That’s my speculation, however, the reality might vary.

Talking about optics, which is always a desired aspect in Realme handsets, the Realme X50 Pro Pro 5G will come with a dual punch hole camera on the top left corner of the screen. Looking at the trend, the Realme X50 Pro should also have multiple cameras at the back, however, it is yet to watch the cameras that Realme will be using in its handset.

Needless to say, the Realme X50 Pro Pro 5G will come with Android 10 out of the box with the  Realme UI on top of it. Just like most other handsets of the era, the Realme X50 Pro 5G will also come with the most important sensors for different requirements. The handset will also come with FHD+ or a display with a 2220×1080 pixel resolution.

The pricing is not yet known, and it is expected that the price information will be available in the launch event, and it should be available through Flipkart, Amazon or other online portals and also the offline retail market channel. Even though the handset will come with support for 5G, that will hardly be of any use, as the 5G services are yet to be rolled out in India and by the time the 5G services will be rolled out, there will be more handsets cheaper than the Realme X50 Pro to support the new technology.

Even though that was a spoiler alert, but the USP of the handset is obviously the 65W fast charging along with the flagship-grade performance that most users well definitely pay importance to. It is expected that Realme will deliver a great price to performance ratio, and if the performance is great, along with the camera, it is expected that the Realme X50 Pro 5G will rule the flagship market.

What are your views about the Realme X50 Pro 5G handset that is going to be launched? I am pretty excited about the launch event. Let me know about your views on this handset in the comment section down below.
