Samsung held a new product launch conference in New York, officially releasing the flagship Galaxy Note 9.
In terms of design, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 uses a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED full-view curved screen with a resolution of 2960×1440 and a screen aspect ratio of 18.5:9. The back is made of glass, and the difference with the Galaxy Note 8 is that the fingerprint recognition of the moves below the camera for easy unlocking.
In the core configuration, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor (some versions are equipped with Exynos 9810 processor), providing up to 8GB of memory + 512GB of storage, the battery capacity of 4000mAh, heavy use of a day without stress. It also available in 6GB and 128GB version.
In terms of camera, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is equipped with a 12 MP wide-angle + 12 MP telephoto dual camera and supports variable aperture (F/1.5-F/2.4) to capture more picture details in high-light and low-light environments.
And Samsung Galaxy Note 9 supports intelligent scene recognition, intelligent adjustment of camera parameters according to different scenes, in order to achieve the best imaging output. According to the official introduction, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 can intelligently identify 20 different scenes.
In addition to regular upgrades such as screens and performance, the biggest upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is the S Pen stylus. According to the official introduction, the new generation S Pen incorporates Bluetooth technology, which can be used as a “remote control”.
Specifically, the new generation S Pen can control YouTube video playback, scroll photos, use front or rear cameras to take photos, and more. And the Galaxy Note 9 can charge the S Pen stylus and can be used for half an hour after charging for one minute.
In addition, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 also supports the Samsung Dex feature. According to the official release, a PC-like experience can be obtained through the Galaxy Note 9 with a single screen extension cable.
Regarding the price, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is now available on the official website. The 6GB+128GB version has an early adopter price of $999, and the 8GB+512GB version has an early price of $1,250. It offers three colors: Copper, Black, and Blue.
Preorders begin on August 10th, and the phone will be available on August 24th.
