Even though, ‘Tap’ will be enabled by default, the ‘Hold’ and ‘Mixed’ can be handy for you, depending upon your playing style.

With the ‘Tap’ mode, you can just tap on the left and right buttons to toggle peek and fire on or off. It means, with the first tap, you can peek left or right, which will be locked, and with the second tap, you can unlock peeking, and come back to where you were.

With the ‘Hold’, you will have to keep tapping on the left and right buttons, as long as you want to peek and release the button to stop peeking.

With the ‘Mixed’ button, you can single tap on left or right to peek and lock, and use the button once again to stop peeking. But, long-tapping on any of the buttons, it will work exactly the same way as the ‘Hold’ option.

Even though ‘Mixed’ will be the best option for most gamers, you should choose the best one that suits your gaming style.
