Lately, the best of technology and ICT solutions came together to showcase the latest technological achievements in the form of latest devices. For that, the concept which has taken by Taiwan Excellence is to create a Mobile Showroom named TE Rig. The main motive behind this is – the people those can’t experience the latest technology for them the TE Rig Mobile Showroom will travel different parts of the country (India). The TE Rig was flagged off from DLF Promenade Mall in New Delhi and will travel for 90 days covering 61 cities in 12 states
Taiwan is aiming to reach to people in smaller cities and towns especially in tier II and tier III cities of India. The TE Rig showcases iconic products covering gaming, ICT, home & living categories with leading brands like Acer, ADATA, AIFA, ASUS, AVerMedia, Avision, D-Link, FECA, Gigabyte, MSI, Thermaltake, Tokuyo, U.Cr+, Zowie and Zyxel.
During the commencement of TE Rig, the MSI also introduced its novel gaming laptop – the GE65 Raider portable gaming laptop. It comes with 9th gen Intel Core i7 processor and GeForce RTX 2070 graphics and 240Hz IPS-level thin bezel display.
TE Rig comes ahead of Taiwan Excellence’s annual gaming event Taiwan Excellence Gaming Cup (TEGC). With the 6th edition coming up, TEGC is one of the longest-running e-sports championships in India. It will offer an assorted collection of games i.e CS:GO, DOTA2 and PUBG. This year TEGC will kickstart in June with elimination rounds in six cities i.e. Hyderabad, Bangalore, Silchar, Kolkata, Pune and Mumbai, followed by online eliminations for CS:GO, DOTA2 and PUBG. The winners of the elimination rounds will convene in Mumbai on 27th and 28th September 2019 to battle it out for the most coveted cup and a cumulative cash prize of RS. 10 lakhs.
An exciting part about this year’s event is that the winning team of CS: GO will get a free trip to Taiwan where they will witness the best of technology and to represent India at an international level in the Taiwan Excellence E-sports championship to be held in Taiwan. This will be a friendly match with TEGC winners from Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand and will make them experience gaming like never before.
