edWisor plans to hire 150 employees in next 3-6 months

edWisor, a startup and according to them they are on a mission to solve skills & employ ability gap problem for a million people by 2021, plans to hire 150 employees in next 3-6 months. The company is also looking to open an office in Bangalore, over the due course of time.

Founded by Mr.Ramandeep Arora&Aditya Kumar, edWisor has developed a combination of HRtech & Edtech as a business model to solve skill shortages for technology sector while making youth employable.

Speaking about the expansion, Mr.Ramandeep Arora, CEO edWisor said, We are thrilled to announce the next phase of expansion backed by strong support from our students & industry.edWisor has been growing by 10x in business & product metrics year on year for the last 2 years & we are focused on solving the skills employability gap problem for any student or working professional irrespective of their degree or experience background. edWisor is built on the premise that skills super cede any degree or academic qualification & every student deserves an equal standing with respect to getting into skills & jobs they love.

The objective of the organization is to fill the skill shortage faced by the technology industry. edWisor has a good track record for placements in comparison to other players, as 90% of their students from various cohorts are placed with just a 10% interview rejection rate.
