It comes p[acked with 16.2 kW battery and offers a range of around 140 KMs on a full charge, which is just fine. This beauty can be charged within 8 hours, but if you use the rapid charger then you can charge it within 2 hours. TATA is also going to launch more vehicles of this type in the near future and you can definitely look forward to buying them for making our environment cleaner and greener.
Mahindra Electric Vehicles
When a majority of automobile manufacturers are just entering the E-vehicle segment, why should have Mahindra be left behind? Well, it has also manufactured a number of E-vehicles and is just adding more and more to its pre-existing stack.
E-Verito is one of the finest sedan priced at around 10 lakh rupees. It also has low maintenance cost and gives a range of around 180 KMs on a full charge, it takes around 12 hours to charge to its peak, and if you use a fast charger, then this beauty charges within 2.5 hours. It crosses the 60 KMPH mark within 12 seconds and gives you a maximum speed of a little over 80 KMPH. E2O plus is another eco-friendly E-car from this manufacturer.
It has a great braking system, and it is also very advanced as you can control many things with an app, like locking or unlocking the car, turning the AC on or off, and many other things.
E-Verito gives you a range of approximately 100-150 KMs on a full charge, moreover, it takes around 9 hours to charge to its peak, and with a rapid charger, you can do the same within 2 hours. It crosses the 60 KMPH mark within 15 seconds and takes you to a maximum speed of 80 KMPH.
Mahindra has also come up with Supro, which is also a kind of E-vehicle which can be used as a means for transporting people just like the buses do, or it can also be used for transporting cargo, and other things. Besides this, E-rickshaw from Mahindra is also available in the Indian market and they have already gained a lot of popularity.
Thus, Mahindra has already made quite a lot of impact in this segment and is only trying to increase it.
Ashok Leyland Electric
It is one of the leading bus manufacturers in India, it has made its own chain of electric buses called Circuit. These buses come with a seating capacity of around 30 people and are meant for Indian roads. They come with advanced charging facility and can be charged much quickly as compared to other counterparts as it charges to its full capacity within 8.5 hours and if you use a rapid charger then it takes around 1 to 2 hours.
One of the most prominent features of this powerhouse is that it comes with a removable battery and it can be swapped within 4 minutes. The range of 50 KMs on a full charge is not that good but the feature of swapping removable battery overshadows it.
The fire detection system works well and the AC is powerful enough to make you feel like you are in one of your favourite hill stations.
OLA Electric
With the latest trend of Electric-vehicles being the talk of the town, how could India’s favourite cab company be left behind?
Currently, there are over 200 OLA E-cars available in Nagpur and the company is continuously working to push this number further. OLA has also tied up with Softbank and TATA Group to further expand its E-vehicle business. According to OLA, it has plans to place over ten thousand E-rickshaws in the country, making it one of the largest E-vehicle fleet operator in the globe.

This company has brought a revolutionary change in the Indian electric automobile industry. It has brought a majestic change in the way people commute every day.
It has launched buses which run on pure electricity and are far away from the other which pollute the environment, so the company has a tagline for its buses, which reads India’s first pure electric buses. On a full charge, these buses can cover a distance of up to 250 km, which is better compared to its many counterparts, plus the fast charging enables it to change rapidly.

The design of Kona is also bold, the muscular shape with LEDs make it look more attractive. Well, this beauty is attractive not only from outside but also from inside. It has comfortable seats so that you can enjoy those long drives and you wish these rides never end.
The boot space is enough, the legroom and headspace are also good. Some of the other cool features like wireless mobile charging, the option of driver-only AC, electric sunroof, automatic transmission, and so on reflect that this SUV is indeed technologically advanced.

Perhaps, this is one of the most famous electric two-wheelers manufacturers in India. Now, it has also launched a number E-scooters in our country and currently it is also the largest E-scooters maker of the nation. There are a number of products available under the E-scooter category of Hero Electric, let me give you give details of all of them.
There are three series of E-scooters, namely E5, E2, and ER series.
In the E5 series, there are four electric scooters, namely Optima E5, Nyx E5, Photon 48V, and Photon 72V. Under the E2 series, there are five E-scooters, namely Flash LA, Flash LI, Optima LA, Optima LI, and Nyx E2.

This beauty charges within 4 to 5 hours and then goes on to offer you a range of around 65 km. The top speed is around 25 kph.
4) Optima LI
It charges from zero to one hundred per cent in a little over four hours and then goes on to offer you a range of 65 km. You can achieve a top speed of 25 kph with it.
5) Nyx E2
It takes around 4 hours to charge fully and then goes on to offer you a range of about 50 km. This is perhaps the fastest E2 series E-scooter as it offers a maximum speed of about 40 kph.
ER Series:
Optima ER
It takes around 4 to 5 hours to charge fully, and once fully charged it can offer you a range of about 110 km, which is indeed good. You can go on to reach a top speed of 42 kph in it.
Nyx ER
It takes 4 hours to charge fully and offers you a range of around 100 km. You can reach a top speed of about 42 kph in it.
Thus, these are the top seven E-vehicle companies in India. They have already made a strong presence in the Indian E-vehicle market, and are also increasing the number of their products.
