Netcore acquires A Startup for AI chatbot services

Netcore Solutions recently announced that they have acquired a startup named which provides AI chatbot related services. 

With the acquisition of the intellectual property and talent of Quinto, the Netcore got access to Artificial intelligence enables conversation chatbot engine developed by Quinto. To streamline the process and for further development of AI chatbots, Hrishikesh Rajpathak co-founder of Quinto, also joined the Netcore as Chief Data Scientist and will lead its Machine Learning and Conversation Analytics initiatives.

He has experience of Machine learning for more than a decade and also has been a part of multiple international clients in life sciences and BFSI domain as an AI consultant.

The motive behind developing AI chatbots is to enable different businesses to provide automate conversations with customers and improve customer experience. Especially those are in the 24×7 service; where the automated product discovery, recommendations, Inside sales and Live Chat services can increase the business growth and trust. Quinto can be integrated with Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Slack and other popular chat platforms.

With Quinto, Netcore’s Smartech gets capability of handling conversations in automation journeys riding on Quinto. This will be an industry first feature. With Hrishikesh onboard, Netcore will further strengthen its leadership through the AI/ML platform “Raman” and will foray into the Conversational Analytics space.

Quinto was earlier backed by Rebel Foods Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Faasos Food Services Pvt Ltd), who now exits with this deal. The deal was managed by Investment Bank Equirus Capital through Propeluss, a smart deal-making platform.
