Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 official specs revealed triple camera setup

Samsung officially revealed the Galaxy A7 2018 which is a mid-range segment smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy A7 series might be confusing for someone because a couple of other Samsung variants sharing the same name and to create a difference, the company uses the year suffix as this one has.

The latest Galaxy A7 is the Samsung’s first rear-mounted three-camera smartphone. The images and specifications that publicly showed that in terms of appearance, the Galaxy A7 2018 has a glass finished at both front and rear side. To access the fingerprint sensor, the user needs to peep at the right side of the phone, as it is integrated with power button function.

The Volume keys are separated from each other and possess an individual key to up an down the volume level, that also placed on the right side of the phone, Galaxy A7. The thickness of the smartphone is 7.5mm and a weight of 168g.

Officially released Galaxy A7 Specifications

Samsung latest released 2018 Galaxy A7 smartphone has three cameras set up all are placed vertically. The three sensors are: First one is 5MP, F / 2.2 aperture depth of field lens, Middle one is 24 MP, F / 1.7 aperture main camera and the last is a 120 degree super wide-angle lens with a configuration of an 8MP,  F / 2.4 aperture. The front is also a 24 MP lens, F2.0 aperture.

In terms of other Specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A7 has a 6-inch 2220×1080 (18.5:9) resolution AMOLED display, Octa-core 2.2GHz chip ( Snapdragon 660 or Exynos 7885, not confirm), for storage options it is available in three variants 4 RAM+64GB, 4 RAM+128GB, 6 RAM+128GB. It also has a support for external memory that can go up to 512GB using microSD card. For power backup, the new Samsung Galaxy A7 uses 3300mAh battery (MicroUSB interface), pre-installed Android 8.0 Oreo system, support Dolby sound, NFC, Bixby voice assistant. The microUSB sounds a little bit awkward for such a reputed brand when technology advancements keep happening, the Samsung should have to use the TYPE C at least.

Samsung said the new A7 is available in blue, black, gold and pink. It will be available in Europe and Asia soon. The price has not yet been announced and is expected to be around $400.
