Nokia X6 expected to be shortly in India!

It is more than a year that Nokia is back on the market and has launched some really good smartphones with premium build quality. Now one more feather is added to the cap and it is the Nokia X6. Though launched in the global market in May 2018, it is expected to be shortly launched in India. The Nokia X6 is a premium mid-range smartphone and is the first smartphone by Nokia, which features a notch.

The Nokia X6 by HMD Global was made available in the Chinese market last month and has seen really good sales, with the product went out of stock within seconds. The speculation has been on about its availability in India, and now the speculation is to the next level, as the support page of the Nokia X6 for India has gone live. Though the device comes with a notch, it will also have bezels just below the display, and that is something, which I personally dislike.

Moving on to the display of the product, which is a highlight for this product, it will come with a 5.8 inches IPS LCD display, and the screen to body ratio is almost 80.3%. The device features a 1080×2280 pixels resolution, with a 19:9 aspect ratio, and has a 435 PPI pixel density. There is the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the top of the display. The premium mid-ranger will come with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, and it is expected that it will also get the next Android updates, as well.

The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, which is in Octa-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz and comes with Kryo 260 cores. Camera, which is a highlighting point of most Nokia smartphones, this killer product is available with dual rear cameras one being 16 MP, while the other is the 5 MP phase detection camera and the camera module comes with support for electronic image stabilization or EIS. The secondary camera is 16-megapixel single camera with a f/2.0 aperture.

The handset is available in two RAM and internal storage variants, the 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory variant, while the other has 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory. The device is bundled with 3060 mAh battery and even has support for Qualcomm quick charge 3.0. Just like the other Nokia devices, the following Nokia X6 also comes with USB type C port, which is pretty satisfactory. The Nokia X6 comes with almost all the sensors namely the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, the accelerometer proximity sensor gyro sensor, etc.

As far as a price and is considered, the Nokia X6 4 GB RAM variant is priced at around 1,299 Chinese Yuan, which is around Rs. 13,600 in Indian currency. While the 6 GB RAM variant is priced at 1,499 Chinese Yuan, which seems to be Rs. 15,700 in Indian currency. Though the actual price of the devices are yet to be known, once it becomes available in the Indian market. If the Nokia X6 is available in the Indian market with the following prices, it can surely pose a tough competition to Xiaomi, Asus and many other mid-range smartphones available at this price range.

What is your view of the Nokia X6? Will you go for the product, if it is available at this price? Surely let me know about it in the comment section down below.
