Organize your friend-list:
Your friend-list can be a mess with people you do not know in real life. Start unfriending the unknowns and choose whom you want to show your friend-list. This will filter your newsfeed.
Remove unwanted applications:
You can have unwanted authorized applications on your profile. You may not even know when and how you gave the permission to it. It’s better to go to Account>Application Settings>Show-Authorized and check how many applications are authorized in your profile. If there are any, click on the ‘x’ button next to the app and it will remove permission to use your information further. This step will secure your private information from spam applications.
Update your ‘About’ section:
Your ‘About’ section may not be perfectly filled and decorated and it can make your profile look disordered. Update your information you shared with the public through the ‘About’ section and make it more ordered and organized.
Check your privacy settings:
This is a crucial part of your social media image. Check your privacy settings before you post anything or share anything on Facebook. You have the full control to set what and whom you want to show on Facebook. Set your privacy settings as you need, and start going through a well-ordered Facebook wall.
