ADATA deals in storage products, recently has announced the availability of its XPG Gammix S50 Solid State Drive crafted to raise the gamers’ experience by providing small form factor and high read/write performance.
XPG Gammix S50 uses generation 4 M.2 2280 form factor or connector. It is compatible with Intel and AMD CPUs running on PCIe 4.0 motherboards. XPG Gaming S50 as per company’s claim provides read/write performance of 5000/4400MB per second due to the PCIe Gen4x4 and implementing the NVMe 1.3 standard.
To make sure the proper exhaustion of XPG GAMMIX S50 components’ heat; compnay has given an aluminium jacket around the SSD top act as a heat sink. Another claim by the ADATA, the heat sink can reduce temperatures by up to 10 degrees.
S50 fabricated with 3D NAND Flash, available in capacities of up to 2TB, End-to-End Data Protection, and low-density parity-check (LDPC) error correcting code technology features to support a high TBW and excellent durability to meet the demands of various applications. NVMe 1.3, Next-generation 3D Flash is designed with higher capacity, power efficiency, and enhanced durability. Its M.2 2280 form factor supports PCIe 4.0 making it ideal for gamers, PC enthusiasts, overclockers and video rendering professionals.
