OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T in India finally start getting Android 10 update

Earlier it appeared like OnePlus 5 users would not get new updates anymore because three successors of it are already in the market that are Oneplus 6, 7 & 8. However, as per some of the news coming from different sources that users of different countries have started getting Android 10 and now finally it is available in India as well.

If you already have OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T, so to get Android 10 update, go to Setting -> System-> System updates and check for the new update. As it appears start downloading to implement it.

However, this is really showing the dedication of OnePlus to make sure their customer experience would not get compromised, where most of the major smartphone players provide key software updates to around 2 years; OnePlus has taken this further.

And it also makes sense because the OnePlus that are running on 8Gb of RAM are enough capable to handle the future updates without replacing the hardware. Therefore, the users can get the value of each dime they have spent on the phone.

• Now possible to block spam keywords for Message (Message -Spam -Settings- Blocking Settings)

• Electronic image stabilization currently under optimization and will be pushed in later stable versions.
