When you open the app, on the left side you get a hamburger icon under which you will get Menu. In the Menu, the Yahoo Cricket app offers News, Scores, Fixtures and Settings shortcuts.

This Cricket app brings all the latest news about the cricket world and not only related to Cricket but also from your favorite Cricketer’s life.  The News feeds are aggregated in this apps from different news websites which are text-based but also contains videos and images.

 

Yahoo Cricket Scores Option

Under the score option, the app provides a real-time score of current as well as a score of the matches played in the previous month. Every match highlights is represented in the card format to reduce any confusion between tournaments. It also features a quick score overview. If you want a detailed information of any match just tap on the long rectangular button that shows which team has won the tournament with how many scores.

When you tap on the rectangular button type link, it will open another Window with multiple tabs:

Summary Tab

The Summary tab gives a complete summary of match which has been played so far including information such as Who was the Top Batsman, Bowler, Man of the Match etc.? Also shows the pictures and Tweets of the match. You can read the full summary and know about high and lows of the match you have missed.

This tab provides the detailed report of live cricket score of a particular match that you have selected to view.

Commentary Tab

Wants to know, what the top commentator things about the match, then the commentary tab is there where you can read the snippets of commentary. This section gives the ball-by-ball commentary, with infographics, ‘Fan Shouts’, Tweets, stats and other engaging content, it’s like you watching the LIVE match.

Match info Tab

The last tab in the Score option is Matchifo that gives information about the match such as Match series type, Date & Time, Venue, Weather Type, Who won the Toss, about Umpires, Referee, Man of the Match and the Match status.

After installing it, the app behaves strangely and restart couple of times automatically but using the app about a minute, it was perfectly fine.
