MY DAIWA App To Boost after Sales Service By Daiwa

To give better customer experience, Daiwa has come up with a Smartphone app called My DAIWA to boost after sales services.  Right now the app is only available for Android users. Users simply can register on this app to extend warranty of their DAIWA products.

The My DAIWA app allows scheduling installation or fix an appointment for product repair, gives you an estimated cost you get after servicing the product, service history/current status, latest DIAWA products updates, the user can give service feedback directly to the company and it also allows to extend the warranty of purchased product after register.

The app can be downloaded from Google Play Store.

The main page of the Diawa app has four options Service request, Register Your Product, Service History, and Service Feedback.

To register the product you need to go to register product page and provide information about the product like Product Type, Model, Serial no., Date of purchase and Invoice no. You can also upload the invoice copy directly using the app.
