• In the tables below, there is a row of Shots to Kill, in which with the fewest shots to kill ranked highest. It doesn’t mean that’s always the best way to evaluate the weapons though that factor only. For example, in a sniper rifle, it’s essential, as players tend to kill others with as few shots as possible. But for others like Assault Rifles and Sub Machine Guns, the Time to Kill factor is much more important, as in that case with the lower the time needed is the better option.
• Time to Kill is derivate by considering when the weapon is firing at the chest of an opponent who is wearing Level 2 Vest, which is the most likely the common standard for the mid-game onwards. Likewise, Shots to Kill for Chest and Head are both considered for Level 2 Vest and Level 2 Helmets.
• Time is calculated in seconds.

Which is the best Weapon Pubg and why?

This can be done properly only by playing the games again and again and trying different guns within the game. You also can use the training mode in the game to find the pros and cons of each gun by yourself. As there is no best combination at all, so, it depends on the user to user what likes to use and with which weapon he is comfortable. The feedback and gameplay also can depend upon the mouse and mouse a player is using. As with good quality gaming mouse with DPI control, the difficult using guns can also become easily usable. But, remember to become a true pro in the game, the players should be comfortable in using most of the guns, as in the early stages of the game there will be very less option to choose from as well as very less amount of time to choose.

• Sniper Rifles                                                                                                                     
  •  AWM is the only rifle in the game powerful enough to kill an unarmored player with a single shot to the chest and even a player with level 2 helmet can be killed with a single headshot.
  • Other than that, Kar98k and M24 are also very powerful, but Kar98k is more common than M24. Both of these are able to kill an enemy with a single headshot on level 2 helmet.
  • The likelihood of your headshot though counts on the type of scope you manage to find for the gun. The bigger the scope zoom is, the slower the movement will be, but the easier it will be to connect a headshot.
  • Attaching a suppressor will be a very good idea, to musk your position while shooting.

 

• DMR                                                                                                               
  In the case of DMR, it depends on that player whether he likes to use it or not. As for most of the seasoned players, Sniper rifles would of the first choice over the DMR. But if you do not manage to get a sniper rifle then DMR can be very useful for you as DMR supports sniper rifle attachments like sniper suppressor, sniper compensator, 8x scope etc. Apart from that, DMR is good for long range shooting, and to do hard damage in a long or medium range shooting than any other assault rifle. If a user is seasoned enough then he even can manage to use a DMR like an Assault rifle in close and medium range.
  • In DMR SLR is the most powerful in terms of damage. While Mini14 does the lowest damage. But controlling the recoil of SLR while shooting continuous shots is really hard and tricky.
  • SKS got the balance between damage and recoil, as it does more damage than Mini14 and has less recoil than SLR.
  • But from our experience Mini14 is the best choice while going for a DMR as it has very less recoil, so the probability of missing the target will be very less. In tap fire mode shooting multiple bullets is even quicker than SKS, and SLR both as well as more accurate than the others.

 

• Assault Rifles                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     While choosing assault rifles to remember, this is the most common type of guns you will find throughout the map. Assault rifles are likely to be the primary weapon of any player, so choosing it wisely is advised. Most of the seasoned players and even some pro-YouTube streamers would recommend using the M416 as the main rifle, but it truly depends on your comfort and needs. Choose the weapon which you find most easy to use, even if does less damage than other counterparts. As choosing the weapon which you find easy to use will give you confidence as well as it will make you shoot quicker and shoot accurately.
  • Though M416 is the most balanced assault rifle in terms of damage, recoil, reloading time and range, but you can also use M16A4 if you like burst firing mode. According to me, in SOLO game mode M16A4 is better than m416 as with two clicks of M16A4 you can kill any enemy. On other hands, M16A4’s range ability is slightly better than M416, which makes it a DMR type rifle if you switch it to single fire mode.
  • SCAR-L is also very good, in Sanhok map you will find QBZ instead if SCAR-L, which is really very good in close combat. In some cases of close combat, I have encountered that QBZ works well than any other assault rifle.
  • But, in the end, it is about the damage you do to your enemies. AKM is better than any 5.56mm rifle in this case. Controlling the recoil of AKM is tricky, so firing this weapon in automatic mode, especially in medium or long range should be avoided. AKM is best effective with the single shot tap fire mode. Connect a 4x or 6x scope with it and it can be used as a DMR also. In close range, AKM is often considered as a beast, which really gives you the opportunity to overpower your enemy.
  • If you like AKM, you should try the other 7.62mm rifles like M762 to find the best suit for you, though AKM is fairly common to find, while the other 7.62mm rifles are uncommon in the game.
  • If you manage to loot a supply crate then definitely look for Groza or AUG A3, and if you find any of those just grab it. As AUG A3 is the best 5.56mm rifle, without any doubt. While Groza is a very good option for close range fight, as it contains 7.62mm bullets which deal more damage, and recoil is very very low even in automatic fire mode, which can be proved crucial in the late game.

• LMG and SMG                                                                                          Using LMG or SMG are more depended on your tactics of gameplay. SMG deals with faster firepower, while LMG deals with the large clip size.
  • SMG is more likely to be found in the early game. In early game getting an SMG just after landing can be a plus point as at that moment the enemies around you are more likely to have shotguns and pistols only.
  • Among all the SMG, UMP9 is the most popular, it deals a decent amount of damage and firing speed is very good. Many players tend to keep UMP9 as their primary weapon, the suppressor for this weapon is very common find which let the player have a silent weapon, which can be proved lethal and various stages of the game. Though UZI has the highest firing rate among all the guns in the game.
  • Tommy gun is a good gun at the starting time of the game, but lack of scope attaching opportunity makes it a bad choice for later stages of the game. Vector is a good SMG which deals decent damage but the small clip size makes it a weak choice. Though Vector can be used as a pistol by making it semi-auto mode, but for the later game these guns are totally underpowered.
  • While talking about the LMG, slow reloading is the main problem which comes in mind. Other than that, no suppressor or Compensator compatibly makes it a more vulnerable choice. But DP-28 deals very good damage in medium and short range. On other hands, M249 has a heavy recoil problem while firing in automatic mode. But both of these weapons have a very good utility if you are playing squad game. As in squad game facing a team of enemies is more likely to happen, at this moment the large clip size will help you very much. With fully loaded magazine M249 got 100 bullets in it, which is enough to finish off a squad alone.
  • If you like to play aggressive and want to push your opponent out of their feet, then you should go with LMG, but if you are more likely to do camping and hiding, and fighting only in close range to save your ass, then go with an SMG with a suppressor of course.

• Other Weapons – Shotguns deals with the heaviest damage but lowest range. Using a shotgun, you may kill a couple of enemies at the starting stage of the game, but later on, you are not going to survive with the shotgun. Unlike FortNite most the battle in PUBG tends to occur in mid-range, where in most cases the shotguns are good for nothing.
  • Crossbows are the completely silent weapon, and deals very good damage too, but useless in the real fight in the game. But if you want to use it then practice a lot, do for hiding and camping, and get ready to die and lose most of the matches.
  • Pistols are good for “better than nothing” situations. At the starting point a pistol may save your life as well as can get you a couple of kills, but no use after that.
  • Grenades are very good weapons if you know how to and where to and when to use them. The grenade can knock and an enemy directly if he falls at the very close range. No helmet or vest can save an enemy if he falls in the blast radius of a grenade. Molotov cocktail can be used to kill the knocked enemy or to lure away someone from his cover.
  • Smoke bombs can produce you cover, distractions and even can be used to blind your enemy by covering their vision. Stun grenades are not much use in the game.
  • Pan is the only completely bulletproof equipment, keep one it may save yours from one or two shots from the back.

Best ready to go Weapons according to experts

As stated earlier there is no best combination of guns to go in PUBG. It depends on the loot spawns and luck. Though according to most of the experts having an assault rifle and a Sniper rifle in their inventory is there ready to go for chicken dinner load-out.

• You can have an AKM or M416 or SCAR-L as an assault rifle attached with a Red-dot sight or 2x scope is a pretty good option for primary weapon; along with a Sniper rifle, most likely Kar98k (as it more common than M24) with a good scope like 4x, 6x or 8x; which can be considered as a good to go gear.
• If you did not find any sniper then try to get a DMR at least. Try to keep the combination of DMR and the assault rifle with the same bullet type, i.e. M416 and Mini 14 (both uses 5.56mm) or AKM and SKS (both uses 7.62mm).

In this way, you will be able to carry more ammo for the weapons and it will be easier for you to manage the inventory.

• Having a suppressor and extended magazine and other attachments will give you the extra edge in the fights. If you like to camp and hunt then suppressor is very important for you.
• In case of AKM use a compensator instead of a suppressor as it will help you to control the recoil especially while shooting at mid-range enemies.
• So, if you are using AKM, SLR or SKS keeping suppressor and compensator both will be beneficiary for you as you can use them tactically where needed. In the case of recoil control use Compensator and in case you are worried about revealing your position then use suppresser. So, keep an eye in search for those.
• Try to keep your inventory free from unwanted stuff so that you can keep the necessary stuff and ammo in ample quantity.
