The iBall Phantom 2.5” Solid-State Drive is available in multiple capacities: 120 GB, 240 GB, and 480 GB. The SSD drive uses the 3D NAND Flash along with turbo-boost SLC Cache technology.
According to the iBall, the Phantom SSD gives 10x faster boot-up time, shutdowns and application response. It also reduces the loading time of the OS boot-up significantly.
Furthermore, the Phantom is a shockproof drive and comes with TRIM Command, Error Correction Code, RAID Capability and SMART system to ensure data transmission performance and reliability.
The company also mentioned in the press release public by them, that the iBall Phantom provides a read speed of up to 500 MB.
However, the write speed varies according to the storage size; the 12O GB gives write speed up to 430 MB, and up to 500MB/s for 240 GB and 480 GB, claimed by the iBall.
